Alexander Schaefer is a Canadian lawyer whose practice focuses on complex tax and corporate reorganization and transactional matters at Berger Law. He began his legal career specializing in family law, gaining valuable experience in complex cases at firms in Toronto. This background exposed him to corporate and tax issues, leading him to his current focus at Berger Law, where he also continues to handle select family law matters like marriage and separation agreements.

Alex earned his law degree (J.D.) from Windsor Law School, graduating in the top 20% of his class. He is an active member of the legal community and dedicated to staying current on developments in family law, tax law, and corporate law.
